Memorial Day weekend may be rainy… but the smoker doesn’t care one bit. 🌧️🔥

This weekend feels like the perfect excuse to try something new at Allman’s Barbecue.

Everybody knows us for the pork, sliced/pulled or minced just the way BBQ should be. But lately the rest of the smoker has been showing off too:

Smoked herb chicken piled high with our famous slaw and drizzled with Tamara’s secret white BBQ sauce so good it probably deserves its own security team.

It’s smoky. It’s tangy. It’s messy in the best possible way.
Basically the kind of sandwich that makes you stop talking for the first three bites.

WEEKEND FORECAST:
100% chance of sticky fingers, full bellies, and “I’ll just have one more bite” turning into five.

These ribs didn’t spend all that time in the smoker just to be ignored. They’re tender, smoky, and just saucy enough to make you forget whatever diet you told yourself you were starting Monday.

Loaded up with baked beans, collards, and onion rings that crunch loud enough to start a conversation at the next table.
