While Libby and I got into the coffee business with a focus on roasting amazing coffee beans, from obscure locations around the world, the addition of ECR Cafe linked us to the local community in a way that we never even dreamed of! 🐋 Happy New Years from us at ECR 🎊 In 2025 we accomplished so much. We created The Pod, roasted various new origins, expanded our team (BETH!), welcomed nocosourdough to our shop, hosted several events and met so many amazing people.

Thank you for your continued support of our very absurd shop and business. We couldn’t do any of this without you all! 🐋
