Just took the Pineline chicken challenge. Get to Rico's soon--their chicken is terrific, fried plantains and cole slaw. I admit to flunking the challenge, but Rico's chicken is so well prepared (no heavy salt or chemical spice mixes), it makes it hard. But for those of you who really want to know where your bird comes from and how they were raised, give a general thumbs up to keeping Pineline chicken on the Rico's menu.
