We will be making our final appearance of the season at Middletown Farmers' Market with M.R.CHEESECAKES today!

Some food trucks are with us for a season or two; some become regulars; and then there are the OGs like Grilled Cheese Please who has been with us since 2021. They’ve been a constant through all the changes we’ve seen over the years. They’re still here, still serving up ridiculously good grilled cheese, and still giving us a reason to look forward to seeing that trailer pull in.

There’s a reason they’ve stuck around. It’s comfort food done really well, with enough creativity to keep things interesting. Their menu knows that sometimes you just want a great grilled cheese, but then there’s something like The Passarelli, lasagna inside a grilled cheese, that makes you wonder, “Why didn't somebody think of this sooner?”

That combination of familiar, satisfying food and genuinely inventive ideas is a big part of what makes Grilled Cheese Please one of the OGs of the Frederick-area food truck scene. We’re happy to welcome them back to the Market this Thursday.

Apparently it’s a law of nature that it rains every Thursday. At least that’s what people have been saying since the Great Never-Ending Rainstorm of 2018. No need to check Snopes.com, this one's a totally untrue myth.
