This girl! No matter when we call or what job we ask her to tackle, Madi shows up with a smile and is always ready to help. While recovering from a shoulder injury, she’s been stepping up in a big way by helping cover our Co****le Nights and Car Show/Fly-Ins all summer long. We’re lucky to have her on our team!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for Father’s Day weekend. From brunch and Bloody Marys to tomahawks, pork chops, great drinks, and time spent with family, we loved celebrating with all of you.

Three dishes that are already turning heads this weekend:

🥩 Tomahawk Pork Chop – A massive bone-in pork chop, fire-grilled for incredible flavor and tenderness. Served with your choice of mac’n’cheese or vegetables plus our fresh-cut fries. It’s the perfect choice for anyone who loves a hearty, steakhouse-style meal.

🌶️ St. Elmo’s Shrimp & Sausage – Cajun-seasoned shrimp and Andouille sausage bring the heat, tossed with peppers, onions, and orecchiette pasta in a spicy parmesan cream sauce. Bold flavors, a little kick, and plenty of comfort in every bite.
