Something off has occurred this week at Apulia….
Although in this industry there is often a revolving door when it comes to staff, we must say we have been very blessed with an amazing team. Most of them have been with us since day one and we couldn’t appreciate more their loyalty and commitment.
Being hands on owners between myself, Lalo and Daniel we cover the main roles in our business as main chefs, pizza makers and operations manager, the team that chooses to join us is an amazing addition and great help to an already established core. This allows the consistency in service, recipes and quality, as we are the ones ordering food, preparing food and leading the front of the house team as well with service and hospitality.
That being said, something off has happened this past week at Apulia…
We just posted our joy and excitement on receiving yet another award, this time directly from Google for such great ratings and reviews;
We have had a few new team members, back and front of the house, that have come to us and asked us to join our team, we happily accepted them according to their experience and the few openings we had available at that specific moment.
It may be a coincidence, I truly hope, but ever since, we suddenly have been receiving some negative reviews on Google where some also mention certain competitors.
Not that a negative review cannot occur, of course it can, but it just seems odd as usually our customers are very appreciative and happy with our service and if ever any issue, being we are always there, we check in and are notified on the spot and do what’s best to make things right.
As an honest business owner and competitor it would sadden me to know that this could possibly be stemming from something more, I truly hope that possibly this was just an off week and invite all of our guests to always communicate with us if ever in need, we are always there to listen. We are so proud to have brought our business to Franklin and the surrounding area, and have seen in these past two years how many wonderful people have shown appreciation, support and friendship!
