It’s a great night for cribbage !

Some of the best moments in an Irish pub are the ones you couldn’t have planned. ☘️🎶

On Friday, this young fiddler from Lowell, Massachusetts, and his family and friends stopped by our Irish Sessiún at Waterhorse and gave us something special—a glimpse of tradition finding its next generation.

Every tune carries a little history. Passed from player to player, learned by listening, watching, and joining in, Irish music connects people across generations and across the ocean. And when a young musician pulls up a chair and adds his own voice, that history keeps growing.

There’s something beautiful about seeing experienced musicians and younger players sharing the same tunes, the same room, and the same joy.

Thank you to this young man for joining us, and to our Sessiún musicians for making room for the next generation. This is how a tradition stays alive—one tune, one welcome, and one Friday night at a time. 💚🎻☘️🎼
