For over 4 decades, the Greco family has been bringing authentic southern Italian cuisine to the Chicagoland area. From humble beginnings in Evergreen Park at Greco’s, all the way to the river-walk(Before it was the river-walk) in the city at Sorriso, tradition has kept true and that’s we what have brought to Sorriso in Frankfort. Named after Sorriso downtown, which was opened by Artie Greco, his daughter Lynette has brought not only the recipes and traditions, but also one of Artie’s long-time chefs, Miguel Ayala. With both Lynette and Miguel, Sorriso in Frankfort has all the makings, and tastings, of traditional Southern Italian cuisine the way you expect it.
