On behalf of Chef Klaus Bier Stube and our dear friend Sandi, we would like to
thank the brave man and woman who stepped up to help save the life of a
perfect stranger in our restaurant. She would not still be with us today if it weren't for your swift action. The paramedics on duty that night, as
well as the police officer and all first responders that kept her heart beating, and the staff at Silver Cross Hospital that never left her side on Saturday, we appreciate you. Your commitment to doing everything
in your power to save her life is beyond words. She will be
forever in your debt and you will be forever in her prayers. And ours as well!!! It is such a blessing to have people in this
community that are not afraid to act in time of need. We will be forever grateful. THANK YOU.
