The rumors are true: Engine House Coffee is proud to annouce our new offerings: CREPES AND WAFFLES! For those of you who have been along for the ride of our build out and completion of our kitchen space, you know this has been a long time coming and we are so grateful for your support. For those who are just finding out, we have been planning this for almost a year and a half and are so excited for you to try our menu which, just like our coffee syrups, are all made from scratch.
Currently, our menu will include:
Strawberry Nutella Crepe 🍓
Nutella with housemade strawberry compote, topped with marshmallow fluff whip
Lemon Curd Crepe 🍋
Two crepes filled with house made lemon curd, topped with powdered sugar and juniper berry syrup.
Ham, Egg, and White Cheddar Crepe🍳
Boars Head sliced ham with melted white cheddar, topped with a medium-done egg.
Mushroom and Spinach Crepe🍄
Sauteed cremini mushrooms with spinach and lemon dill cream cheese. Topped with parsley oil.
Lox Crepe🎏
Smoked salmon, lemon dill cream cheese, pickled red onion, and capers. Topped with parsley oil.
Hot Brown Waffle🦃
Waffle topped with house made mornay sauce, bacon, turkey, and sun dried tomatoes.
Bourbon Peach🍑
Vanilla cinnamon peach compote made with Buffalo Trace bourbon, topped with candied pecans and whip.
Build Your Own Grits🌽
Weisenberger Mills yellow grits cooked in turkey broth. Load it up with some of our add on options!
This all will be starting TOMORROW morning, April 11th at 7:30am-3pm. Following tomorrow, the schedule will be Thursday-Friday: 6:30am-4pm and Saturday: 7:30am-3pm. These are just for the kitchen, the coffee shops hours will REMAIN THE SAME.
