Most know this, but my mom and I have moved with my brother to Rensselaer. We’ve since taken some time to consider what our next steps will be, what’s most feasible for her and I, and what we want to do with our time.
Although the restaurant won’t be open again, we plan on transitioning to having a food truck. This may be a process before we get there, but starting in September we hope to bring back our hot dogs and perhaps some other menu items to Rensselaer. It is a little bittersweet having a full circle moment, since my dad started the restaurant in Rensselaer 11 years ago next month. I can’t imagine not continuing to do what we did as a family for so long. Plus, we miss our food, and we hope you do, too!
