We hate having to make another post like this, but unfortunately Zippity Do Dog will need to remain closed.

Since Monday, Chef Paponake has been dealing with an unexpected medical emergency that has left him unable to safely stand or walk. We don’t like sharing our personal lives publicly, but we also don’t want our customers showing up and wondering why we’re closed.

The good news is that Chef Alan will be running the trailer solo on Wednesday, and we fully expect to be open then.

We’re incredibly sorry for the inconvenience. This situation is completely beyond our control, and we truly appreciate your patience, understanding, and support while we get through it.

Dog of the week!! The Boston Beanie Weanie, grilled Kayem dog on grilled bun topped with Boston baked beans, crispy bacon, chopped onions and honey barbecue sauce.

Salad of the week! Mexican street corn salad with fresh roasted corn, black garlic spicy mayo, cilantro, red onion and lime!!
