Want to have a job where you can have fun & make a difference? We’re hiring for baristas at Friendship Cafe!

While at work, baristas are the face of Friendship Café to our customers. Baristas are expected to provide exceptional customer service, whether they are making a drink, preparing food, cleaning up, or chatting with customers.

Baristas are responsible to:

-Maintain a clean, well-stocked café.
-Make café menu items, according to established recipes, ensure consistent product quality and visual appearance.
-Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment.
-Wear proper personal protective equipment and uniform at all times.
-Attend all team meetings, and participate as an engaged team member.
-Complete all other café duties as assigned.

Baristas need to keep learning and growing, and be open to helping others develop as well!

Our café employs people with disabilities, and we expect our baristas to work alongside them, and mentor them, as needed. Apply here: https://www.fcwi.org/templates/articlecco_cdo/aid/5914610/jewish/Barista.htm
