Happy National Pasta Day! From our housemade pastas to Japanese Italian interpretations, there’s no shortage of ways to celebrate at INI Ristorante.

Our Spicy Miso Carbonara is just one of them, featuring thick, chewy udon tossed in a rich spicy miso cream with savory bacon, shiitake mushrooms, and a luscious egg yolk to bring it all together. 🤌
