We have been so busy foraging and harvesting Golden Rod for our Wellness tea! It is an exciting time here in our little corner of SC. We will clean our harvest, dry it and start mixing our Wellness Tea blend within 2 weeks. And with fingers crossed, we will be celebrating our new bride and the availability of our most popular blend in just under a month!

We harvested our first tiny batch of goldenrod- it’s taking over this season and I’m here for it! can’t wait to have this beautiful blend ready for you guys.

🌱Mullein, or Verbascum thapus, is the key to our Breathe Easy blend. You can see it growing just about anywhere if you look close enough. It has beautiful fuzzy sage colored leaves and produces a loooong stem that will eventually bloom with yellow flowers. I’ve seen stalks as tall as me!
🌱We used Mullein to help ease the discomfort of coughing, asthma, pneumonia, sore throat, ear infections, and excess mucus build up in the lungs.

🌿Passion Flower🌿
This vining plant grows freely right in our back yard. Not only is the flower structure absolutely mesmerizing but the benefits are too! We use the passion flower’s stem and leaves in our Moon’s Watch blend. It has a history of being used to soothe anxiety and aid in sleep. It also has properties to help with ADHD symptoms.

My brother, Sam Ttenrab, has a few Stevia plants and was gracious enough to share some leaves. We tried them with our teas and OH MY GOODNESS, delicious!

So coming soon, we will be offering Stevia as an additive to our teas! We understand that our Southern veins bleed sweet tea. And we are here to give you a healthy, zero calorie sweetener. Stevia is 200-350 times sweeter than sugar and comes without any guilt! We’ll let you know as soon as it’s available!
