As we come to the end of this chapter, we want to take a moment to sincerely thank each and every one of you for your unwavering support, encouragement, and belief in what we've built together. Your presence has meant more than words can express, and it's because of you that this journey has been so meaningful. We also want to take a moment to apologize for any inconvenience, misunderstandings, or moments where our words or actions may not have come across as intended—we truly appreciate your patience and understanding. While this may feel like a farewell, we want to share that we will be stepping away from Mascadores Taco Shop to begin a completely different restaurant and a new rolling project—one that will allow us to be part of more local events, special occasions, and spend more time connecting with the community around Fountain Hills. We're excited for what lies ahead and can't wait to share our next project with you soon. Until then, thank you again for everything—you've truly been a part of this story, and we'll see you again very soon.
