Every float on our menu tells a story.

This one lets you tell your own.

Everybody had their thing growing up. The flavor they always picked. The combination they swore was the best, even if nobody else understood it.

Blue raspberry and cookie dough. Grape and vanilla. Sour Punch and blueberry cheesecake.

Turns out, being yourself never goes out of style. Hey, whatever floats your boat!

Father’s Day Weekend • June 18–21

🎵🌳 Fountain City Business and Community Group’s Rhythms by the River returns to Community Park Thursday night with live music from Katie & Mac beginning at 6PM. Food will be available from Reubens & Things.

🗿🌞Kinstone hosts its annual Summer Solstice Concert on Friday from 7–8:30 PM in the Great Stone Circle, featuring bamboo flutes, crystal singing bowls, percussion, and more.

🐮🥛 Saturday morning begins with the 40th Annual Buffalo County Dairy Breakfast at Buffalo Ridge Organic from 7–11 AM. Tour the farm, meet local dairy producers, and see robotic milkers in action.

🏁🚛 Saturday afternoon, 2X Monster Trucks take over Mississippi Thunder Speedway. Gates open at noon, with monster truck rides, freestyle action, and one of the speedway’s biggest events of the summer.

🌄 🦅 Saturday evening, Raptor Resource Project comes to Merrick State Park’s Nature Center at 7 PM with live native raptors and a program about current projects supporting birds of prey.

👨🏻🏡 Father’s Day Sunday is a perfect excuse to slow down and enjoy everything Main Street has to offer. From breakfast and lunch specials to wine, sweets, shopping, and river views, there’s no shortage of ways to spend the day with Dad.

There’s always something unexpected waiting in Fountain City.

🌈 The Judee

Every float on our menu tells a story.

Some people leave a mark on a community simply by being themselves.

Named in honor of Judee Brone, this float celebrates someone who spent her life encouraging others, sharing her talents, and helping people discover the best in themselves. Her impact continues to be felt throughout Fountain City.

Rainbow sherbet and cherry Sprite come together in a float that’s bright, colorful, and impossible to ignore.

Just like Judee. 🎭💋✨

Made right here in Wisconsin and available in a variety of flavors, it’s another delicious taste of the Driftless Region now available on Main Street.

🌊 The Mississippi Mud

Every float on our menu tells a story.

Growing up along the Mississippi River, summer usually meant muddy shoes, scraped knees, and mud fights under the bridge. We left after breakfast and somehow always made it home for supper with a story we couldn’t wait to tell.

The Mississippi Mud combines premium chocolate ice cream and cream soda in a float inspired by adventurous summer days along the river, when the best lessons were learned by doing.

Worth getting a little messy for.

Dads are impossible to shop for. 👔🏕️🍖

If they really want something, they usually buy it themselves. So the challenge becomes finding something they didn’t know they wanted. We’ve got a few ideas.

Handmade cutting boards. Local honey. National Park and Smokey Bear gifts from The Landmark Project. BBQ cookbooks. Cabin sprays and candles that smell like a weekend up north. One-of-a-kind gifts from local makers. And of course, greeting cards, because no Father’s Day gift is complete without a card.

Father’s Day is next weekend. Find something he won’t see in a big box store.

🍓 The Shortcake

Every float on our menu tells a story.

Growing up, summer always seemed to come with strawberry shortcake. Family reunions, community celebrations, and picnic tables filled with food. There was always a pan of strawberries somewhere nearby, usually with a buzzing fly keeping watch.

The Shortcake combines strawberry ice cream and cream soda for a float that tastes like summer evenings, paper plates, and saving room for dessert.

Some traditions never leave us.
