Rich, fudgy, and dangerously irresistible… this decadent chocolate cake is pure chocolate heaven in every slice. Baked in a tray for that perfect shareable (or not-so-shareable) moment, it’s the one clients keep coming back for. Soft crumb, deep dark chocolate flavor, and that melt-in-your-mouth finish that makes it impossible to stop at just one piece.
Client’s favorite for a reason. 🍫🫰🏻👍🎂

Finally woke up Emilia, my sourdough starter and decided it was time for some homemade sourdough bagels. 🫰🏻🥯
Flavors: classic OG, sesame seed, everything bagel seasoning, and asiago cheese.
Taste? Solid 👍
Proofing? …she still needed a little more beauty sleep.
Worth every bit of work though. Making bread always gives me that calm, focused kind of relaxation.
