Moon 06 has arrived — Moon When the Leaves Turn Brown.

As the prairie begins its turn toward a new season, Hunter’s Reserve follows with a new expression of the land, the harvest, and the waters that shape it.

For The Water, Moon 06 introduces Copper River Salmon — served with chive beurre blanc, Yukon Gold potatoes, and grilled asparagus.
