Swipe to find your next favorite seasonal of ours 💛 Here through December, in cafe and online:
Let’s talk toast first (because there’s only one). The Piquant Pear🍐🌶️🫚 Pronounced pea-kwant, French for spicy. A spread goat cheese mixed with honey and thyme, pickled pear slices, finished with flaky salt and a drizzle of hot-honey! Pears are pickled with green chiles, peppercorns, ginger, and Gogucharu for some heat and crisp. Translated in French, but made with pears, honey, and goat cheese from Texas.

The Sweater Weather (Latte). 🍂 Gave it a small recipe adjustment and now it’s spicier than before, but not as sweet as years past. Made with cinnamon, nutmeg, orange peel, clove, allspice, and ginger. Call yourself lucky if you’re sitting in the cafe while we’re making this syrup!
Top the iced Sweater Weather with some Spiced Cold foam, and you arrive with Linus and Lucy. We couldn’t get rid of the cold foam yet, so we swapped the Vanilla for the spices in the Sweater Weather syrup.
If you aren’t in need of a sweater, try a vest! A great introduction to cortados, the Sweater Vest comes with sparkling water and a dark chocolate square if you have it here with us.
Spiced Mocha, here for those who crave some heat! Dark chocolate, Sweater Weather syrup, and a cayenne pepper sprinkle.
False Fall🌞 The drink that brought cold foam to our menu. Choose between 12oz or 16oz for your Cold Brew and we’ll add the Spiced Cold Foam, as well as a sprinkle of spices.
Toasted Fig Leaf Matcha 🍵 Not made with figs, but from the leaves from our very own fig tree! When toasted, the leaves have notes of coconut, almond, and vanilla. We loved the syrup in a matcha latte but it also pairs well in your lattes, cortados, and capps.
Add our Spiced Cold Foam to the Toasted Fig Leaf Matcha, and you can just call it the Secret Garden🤫 Really, you can add the cold foam to just about anything iced, we’ve got a dairy version and a non-dairy version.
London Fog ☁️ Loose-leaf earl grey steeped and strained over housemade Vanilla syrup with steamed milk! For your cloudy days and early mornings.
