Whats in our hopper?✨

Located in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec mountain range, our single-origin espresso roast is grown at a 1500-1550 elevation. The volcanic soils create a rich high-quality coffee bean. Leopoldo Mushond runs the operations at multiple farms, including Finca El Topacio, where the coffee we use originates.

Leopoldo is considered an early adopter of Natural and Honey Processing in El Salvador and has earned multiple Cup of Excellence Awards (the most prestigious competition for high quality coffee) earning scores in the high 80s-90+.

Straight from the farms to our shop, we roast them in house to cultivate the espresso we serve in your cup.
