Royal Caribbean sure knows how to have fun!

Last week, our founder Chef Renato Viola sailed aboard the President’s Cruise to show guests what it’s like to be a Pizza Master Chef. His team didn’t take home the win in the Royal Chef competition, but they had an extraordinary experience all the same!

A huge thank you to our partners at Royal Caribbean for the invitation and for the chance to share what Mister O1 is all about: bringing people together over amazing food and having fun along the way!

Star Luca

Star-shaped pizza, filled with ricotta cheese, Italian tomato sauce, mozzarella, spicy salami calabrese, basil.

Mimmo

Italian tomato sauce, mozzarella, spicy salami calabrese, Italian sausage, natural honey, basil, ranch dressing, spicy black truffle seasoning.

Burrata e white truffle oil

Fresh and creamy burrata cheese, fresh tomatoes, white truffle oil. Served with rosemary focaccia.

Greta salad

Spring mix greens, fresh tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers, Kalamata black olives, feta cheese.

Nutella pizza

Our signature dough, lightly backed, topped with Nutella, powdered sugar.

In our kitchen we only use Extra Virgin Olive Oil imported from Italy. Why does it matters:

🫒EVOO brings a natural fruitiness and a subtle peppery finish, giving every pizza or salad a deeper taste.

🫒Extra Virgin Olive Oil is rich in antioxidants and monounsaturated fats, allowing us to cook without the additives found in refined seed oils.

🫒Cold-pressed EVOO is extracted mechanically rather than with heat or solvents, preserving its integrity from harvest to bottle.

This is the kind of detail we don’t compromise on.

Please note: our seed-oil-free promise applies to everything cooked in-house. Some sourced dressings may still contain seed oils.

Brunello di Montalcino is here 🍷

Brunello is one of Tuscany’s most famous w**es, and for good reason. The production method is protected by law, the flavor is unique and the aging alone takes a minimum of 5 years before it even reaches the table.

Flavor features: 🍒dried cherry, 🍇plum, hints of leather and 🗻earth, firm tannins, a long warm finish.
