Moving to Ft Worth from Louisiana I quickly learned what it's like to miss out on all the good foods I grew up with. Not only are these foods less accessible here but good quality crawfish can be very difficult to find. If you are fortunate enough to find live crawfish around here there are a few questions you should ask before buying them:

#1 Where did the crawfish come from?

#2 What is the de

ad loss percentage per sack?

#3 How long have they been stored?

#4 Are they washed and graded? This is what makes us unique from others:

* Our Louisiana farm raised crawfish are ordered one day prior to delivery.

* They are then harvested, washed, graded and sacked only hours after the order is placed.

* Next they are shipped OVERNIGHT directly to us.
