Chef MT headed over to The Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth for the 2026 Piehole Project photo shoot with our MC™ TX Wh***ey Chocolate Pecan Pie!

Made by our Michaels Cuisine Kitchen Brigade with Texas pecans, rich chocolate and Fort Worth-created TX Wh***ey, this pie is our little slice of Texas hospitality.

We’re proud to be participating in the 6th Annual Piehole Project Auction, raising funds for the restaurant and hospitality industry.

And since all that pie looked way too good to wait until November… we’re featuring our MC™ TX-Wh***ey Chocolate Pecan Pie for dessert TODAY at Michaels Cuisine. 😋

September 11, since 2001 has been heavy on Our hearts at Michaels Cuisine.

We made This memorial 25 years ago & still hangs in Our Michaels Cuisine Chef’s Room today.

Today, we remember the lives lost, the families and friends whose lives were forever changed, the first responders and rescuers who ran toward danger, and everyone affected by that day.

Here in Fort Worth’s Cultural District, there is also a powerful place to remember. Our neighbors at the Fort Worth Museum of Scienceand History are the caretakers of N-101, a 36-foot section of the World Trade Center’s North Tower and the largest World Trade Center artifact in Texas. Their 9/11 Tribute is free to visit and gives our community a place to reflect, remember, and help future generations understand the significance of that day.

Next time you’re at Michaels Cuisine, ask us to show you our Chef’s Room and the 9/11 Memorial that has remained with us for 25 years.

We will never forget.
