Remembering the life and legacy of our co-founder, Tommy Smith today. We can’t believe it’s been a year since he left us. He taught us all to treat customers, and staff with dignity and grace. He and co-founder, Glenda Smith (Mom) also instilled in our staff the importance of providing a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. They wanted our customers to feel like they were dining in their dining room at their home, and they taught us that our staff is family. Great lessons. We love and miss you, Tommy (Dad).
