Made a stop at Parish Barbecue. Austin, TX. This place has a cajun inspired flavor profile. Brisket was great. Good bark and tender. We also tried smoked chicken thighs, smoked duck, pork ribs, pulled duck and boudin balls. Got some potato salad, beans, pimento mac & cheese and crawfish cornbread. B4 Barbeque did not disappoint. The new location in Rhome, TX is close to home so we gave it a try. Carolina pulled pork sandwich was the special so had to try one. It was great! Also got to sample the brisket, sausage, pork rib, chicken, turkey and pork belly burnt ends. It was all so tasty. The turkey and chicken was awesome. Brisket had good bark and super moist. Loved it all. Get out there and give it a try.
