It's is MY Birthday!!🎂 🥳 And it's the perfect day to tell you who I really am now...

For years, most people have known me as Chef Eboni. I built a restaurant. I cooked. I fed people. And when that chapter closed, then I got quiet on social media. I appreciate those who I have stayed in contact IRL.

But the truth is, my whole journey, from my father's MS diagnosis when I was six months old, to pre-med biology, to public health, to becoming a mother, it was all pointing toward this work.

I'm a Certified Health Coach and public health professional. I work with teens, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, ADHD, overwhelm, and life transitions. Through the DREAM Method, we build emotional resilience, executive functioning, healthy communication, and real confidence.

I spent years helping people nourish their bodies. Now I'm helping them move from surviving to thriving in their minds and hearts.

It's who I've always been. I'm just finally saying it out loud. 🥰

A lot has happened. But I’ve turned the ashes into art, the grief into gumbo, the clarity into a calling.
I’m not just back—I’m reborn.
🍓 Charcuterie, 💻 Health coaching, and ✍🏽 my first e-book—Life After Fatback.
