Another Culture Club Dinner has come and gone. I think the food from Peru was pretty tasty and well received. Definitely leaning more towards fall comfort food this time.
Thank you to everyone who came out to the new location and for your continued support.
I didn’t get a lot of pictures to share but the few I took are below along with the menu for the next dinner.
If you took any pics please feel free to share.
I hope to see you all at the Oct 24th Polish dinner!

When you are making Chicha Morada for your Peruvian dinner and it looks like you are summoning demons😱
But..boy does it smell so good!
Purple Peruvian corn, Apples, Pineapple rind/ core, whole cloves, fresh lime juice, maple, sugar and cinnamon.
Boiled for over a hour then it rests for another hour.
One of two traditional Peruvian drinks available at the Vegan Peruvian Dinner this Saturday!
