We’ve been having a blast cupping, sampling, and comparing notes as we fine-tune every detail. We are excited as we create a roast we’re truly proud to share with you.

Behind every great cup of coffee is a lot of testing, tasting, and fine-tuning.

We’re currently dialing in a brand-new roast profile, carefully cupping multiple sample roasts to find the perfect balance of sweetness, body, and flavor.

Small adjustments in time, temperature, and development can make a remarkable difference in the final cup.

We won’t release it until we’re confident it’s something special.

Our goal is simple: roast coffee that highlights the bean’s best characteristics while delivering exceptional consistency.

Happy Independence Day and happy 250th birthday to our great nation! 🇺🇸

As we celebrate the freedoms, sacrifices, and opportunities that make America so special, we want to wish everyone a safe and enjoyable holiday weekend with family and friends.

In observance of Independence Day, Hempton Roast Coffee will be closed this Saturday, July 4th. We look forward to seeing you back next weekend for your fresh-roasted coffee.
