Today we had the honor of helping celebrate a very special milestone with family and friends.

Graduation is the result of years of hard work, long nights, determination, and support from the people who believe in you. We’re excited to see what this next chapter holds and wish you nothing but success in the years ahead.

There was a time when people would walk into Waynedale Café and ask: “Wait… what are chilaquiles?”

Now?

We sold nearly 10,000 plates last year alone… and we’re already over 3,000 this year. Crazy to think one dish became such a big part of our story. What changed everything was one photo I took during a Saturday breakfast rush. I still remember getting yelled at for me stopping everyone for the pic 🤣📸

Nothing staged.
Just real chaos.

Plates stacked, hot plates, eggs on the grill, and people waiting specifically for chilaquiles. After that, word started spreading fast. And honestly… the rest is history.

Now we’re celebrating National Chilaquiles Day on May 23 the only way we know how:
