“Umi” (海) means “sea” in Japanese — and this dish brings together flavors from both Japan and Korea. 🇯🇵🇰🇷
Inspired by Korean Jjampong (짬뽕) — a bold, spicy Korean noodle soup traditionally made with seafood, vegetables, and a rich, smoky broth — our Umi Cream Udon gives it a creamy twist. 🍤🍜
Thick, chewy udon noodles + seafood + veggies, all tossed in a creamy, savory sauce with that signature jjampong-inspired kick. 🌶️
