Spotlight Sunday ft. Chef Jasmine Williams! 🤩✨

Chef Jas is the general manager and executive chef here at Uncork’d! She has been with us from the very beginning, since 2018! 🥂

When asked what her favorite part of the job is, she replied, “My employees. I am extremely lucky to have such a great crew. They get me.”

What some people may not know is that Chef Jas is a former D1 athlete and surf instructor, and she even performed in an NFL halftime show while she was in high school. When she’s not busy creating delicious dishes and running our beautiful establishment, she is hard at work at her new restaurant, Mama Dee’s.

We are incredibly thankful for Chef Jasmine’s dedication to Uncork’d. Her talent, passion, leadership, and genuine care have played such a huge part in making Uncork’d what it is today. ❤️

Join Sodie’s for Fest of Ale, benefiting Girls Inc of Fort Smith, on Thursday, September 25th! Enjoy delicious bites from the fabulous Chef Jasmine at Uncork'd, paired with drinks from Burford’s, Belle Point, Southern Glazer’s, and other amazing local breweries.

Live entertainment by Trey Johnson will keep the night going!

$25 entry fee
-includes a cocktail
-Social Play event
-basic knowledge required
-tile sets will be provided
-please bring your 2026 NMJL card, if forgotten , there are some that will be available
-playing will be around three hours
-limited seating available
