We have some exciting news and what better day to share it on than National Cheeseburger Day! Bruce and I will be at Patrick’s for lunch today so come in and say ‘hi’ and get a cheeseburger!

We’ve been keeping a little secret… 🍔

About a month ago, Patrick’s Butcher Boy Burgers officially changed ownership!

We’re excited to share that Bruce & Michelle Spinas, owners of River City Bistro, are now the proud owners of Patrick’s.

For all of our longtime Patrick’s customers — don’t worry. Same great burgers. Same great staff. Same Patrick’s you know and love. We didn’t buy Patrick’s to change what made it special. We bought it because we believe in it and want to build on what’s already here.

We’ve spent the last month learning the business, getting to know the team and making a few improvements behind the scenes — and we’re excited about what’s ahead.

And with today being National Cheeseburger Day, we can’t think of a better time to finally make it official!
