Florida RibHouse All of our Ribs are St. Louis Cut Pork Spare Ribs that are marinated for 24 hours and Slow Smoked with Hickory Wood. We then Grill them off to perfection!

We offer two sides with our Rib Platters;

Baked Beans made from Navy & Baby Lima Beans,
Cooked with Bacon & Ground Beef
&
Southern Style Collards, which are made with Smoked Ham Hocks -
(We are blessed to have this recipe from our friend, “Chef Soul”, whose grandmother handed it down

to him)


Beans & Greens are two of the Healthiest Foods you can eat,
However, we serve them because they Taste So Good!!
