One door closes, another one opens 🧡

We sold our business. After three years of putting our hearts into this food truck and our wonderful community, we made the hard decision to let it go. There were many reasons that led to this decision, but the biggest reason was Abigail.

Abigail was one of our first "regulars" who would come get a Purple Haze from us almost weekly. After a year of seeing her beautiful face, we hired her to work for us when we were in collaboration with Kava Culture.

Abigail moved to Moab, UT last year, and during our travels we stopped in Moab to visit her. We chatted about the unclear future of BuddhaBlends, and our loss of desire to run the business without festivals going on.

That day, a seed was planted.

Abigail reached out to us shortly after our visit and told us that she was interested in purchasing the food truck.

Over the last few months, we've been working out the finer details and getting Abigail set up for success. It's been a bittersweet journey, but we are so excited for this new chapter to unfold for our food baby.

Starting this March at the Moab Food Truck Park, you can find many of our original offerings at .rainbowls 🧡

Words can't express my love and gratitude for this business, the community we've been blessed to be apart of, and all of the amazing souls we've met along the way. We love you guys, and we are so happy that we've had the opportunity to serve you over the years 💜

As for us, we have lots of plans in the works that I'm looking forward to sharing with you all! So stick around if you're interested in hearing what we have going on 🥰

Wishing the HAPPIEST 25TH BIRTHDAY to this amazing soul 🥳 The captain of our ship, blender of all the things, and kindest husband a gal could ask for.

Can you believe we started BuddhaBlends when we were 21?! It's true what they say, time flies when you're having fun (and doing what you love) 🥰

It really is a small world.

As we were driving towards New Mexico, Kyle checked Happy Cow and told me there was a food truck in Santa Fe called Ras Rody's, and he asked me if I thought it was the same Ras Rody we'd worked with in Florida. There can only be one Ras Rody 😆 So, of course, we made plans to go get some of his delicious food.

I met Ras Rody when I was riding my bike on the Pinellas Trail about six years ago. I had just gone vegan and he told me all about his vegan startup and his adventures in Jamaica.

Fast forward a year or two, my mom and I were walking around the Dunedin farmers market and spotted his tent setup. We got some noms and I told him about the vegan food truck I had plans to start.

So, you can imagine my delight when I saw Ras Rody on the vendor list for the vegan food rally we attended in Dunedin in February. It felt like a full circle moment.

Well, friends, circles are infinite. Ras, it was great to see you again 🥰

Hi, friends! It's been awhile, but I wanted to let you know that we're still alive and well 🤗 We've been on the road, living in our van, making our way across the country (you can follow our adventures on Instagram ). We're currently driving from Arizona to New Mexico, with plans to head north from there.

This year has been full of surprises, but I hope you're all keeping your bodies & minds nourished. If there's one thing we can all do to help the world heal, it's to send out love to our friends, neighbors, strangers, and enemies.

BuddhaBlends recently turned three years old, and we were so sad that we couldn't celebrate with you all. We miss our SWFL community dearly, and we're looking forward to feeding you again! We love you all and are so grateful for your support over the years 💕

Hi, friends 🤗 We haven't posted on here in a long time, mostly because we haven't worked in two months 🤯 I wanted to pop on and give you all a little update with where we're at!

So, all of our events have been cancelled, obviously. We do have merch available for purchase on our website if you feel inclined to support us 🙏 We're also considering shipping walnut taco meat (since it doesn't have to be refrigerated straight away)! If you're interested in that, shoot us a message and we can work something out!

We've been in North Carolina making some progress with our van conversion, and other than that, we don't have much going on 😂 I hope you all are doing well, we miss you guys so much ❤️ We're hoping to come see you soon!! Until then, be well 🥰 We love you, family!

Hi, friends & family. I hope you're all feeling well and in a positive state of mind during this global hardship. Please remember that you are not alone; we are all in this together - as a union. Please do not live in fear. Have faith that we will overcome this pandemic, as we have everything else that we've faced. I know times are tough, worldwide, but this too shall pass. It is temporary. Use this time to slow down, catch up on your relationships, things you've left on the back burner, and maybe start a new project or hobby. Let's turn this experience into something we can look back on with joy and gratitude.

Business is at a bit of a halt for us at the moment (and small businesses everywhere 😭). Nothing ever comes at a good time, am I right? That being said, we still intend on heading out on the road in the beginning of April. We are working on setting up a couple popups next week (God willing) and we will definitely keep you posted! In the mean time, we have added a donation button to our website. If you feel called and have the means to donate, we greatly appreciate anything that will help keep us rolling.

I am also working on adding some T-shirts back on our website. It's been a long time since we've had merchandise available and many of you have been making requests! I'll let you all know when that is available as well 😊 Definitely within the next day or two!

Today is not going our way. We had to cancel on Millennial tonight, I'm so sorry, friends 😭 We hate to disappoint you guys.

You can still catch us at Remedies Parlor tomorrow night from 6-9pm and Saturday from 10am-4pm.

We'll be in Tampa on Sunday (please, universe 🙏) for Tampa Bay Yoga Festival.

Next Thursday, we have our last pop-up at Millennial (but we'll be back!) so please come out and see us before we leave town!
