Beyond stoked on these new Colombian lots that just landed at Take Two. 🇨🇴

From wildly expressive co-ferments to super clean regional washed coffees, this lineup has been unreal to roast and cup through. Every coffee has its own personality right now and that’s what makes this release so exciting.

We’re tasting:
🍯 Honey, dates, and lemon in Luis Miguel Hoyos’ Carnaval Natural
🍑 Stonefruit, lemongrass, and tea-like florals in the Curuba Castillo Honey
🍊 Creamy caramel pralines and tangerine in the Catatumbo Regional

Massive shoutout to Yellow Rooster for sourcing and importing coffees that continue pushing the boundaries of what Colombian coffee can be. We’re seriously honored to roast these lots.

🚨 Colombian La Piragua 🚨

Man are we stoked for this! Available in the shop now and online! This is a killer fruit-forward Colombian natural with clarity, structure, and depth.

This single lot coffee is sourced from the Vargas family at La Piragua in Huila, Colombia, and grown at 1,800 meters above sea level. Naturally processed, this lot brings out a vibrant and layered profile while maintaining balance and a clean finish.

In the cup, expect a silky mouthfeel, with notes of peaches, hibiscus, and semi-sweet chocolate. The natural process enhances fruit intensity without overwhelming the structure, making it an excellent choice for a daily ripper.

La Piragua operates not only as a farm but also as a central processing hub for neighboring producers. Many local families rely on this facility to process their coffee, with women playing a key role in harvesting and cherry selection. This coffee represents both quality production and meaningful impact in the region.

Despite regional challenges, the Vargas family continues to invest in sustainable and regenerative farming practices, producing consistently high-quality coffees year after year. Special thanks to the homies for helping us secure this lot!

Sheesh! What a weekend! All of the emotions wrapped into one. Some of the team had a blast in San Diego at .

Pretty rad full circle moment to get to serve at .usa True Artisan Cafe bar. Met up with lots of old friends and made plenty of new ones. Came back pretty exhausted, but real stoked to continue to elevate the hospitality not just in coffee but especially in our community. Whether it be through service in the cafe, wholesale, or working on your machines… we are mighty stoked to serve y’all!

We’ve got some big plans we’ve been dreaming up for quite some time; real pumped to bring them to life in the weeks ahead. SWFL, we’re just getting started. Love y’all! Huge thanks to our team for holding it down while the rest of us were out of town.

Not an April Fool’s joke! We’ve got big brunch plans this Saturday!

The homie Blake at is bringing his A Game with Texas style pulled pork and pork belly chopped and topped with Georgia peach gold! We’ll be rocking the house made biscuits and finishing it off with egg and cheese.

We’ll be live from 9:30 until she’s all gone. Last BBQ day was pretty unreal, you’d kinda be a fool (no offense) to miss this one!

Alright folks, this is not a drill! Our Brisket on a Biscuit day was one for the books. That’s why we’re teaming up with BB's Craft BBQ to bring you another one (say that again with a voice).

Saturday April 5th from 9:30 - SOLD OUT. The homie Blake, will be prepping Texas style pulled pork and pork belly chopped and topped with Georgia peach gold. We’re going to be making our house made biscuits and throwing it all together we an egg and cheese. You won’t want to miss it!
