If you ever came into our nutrition club we are forever grateful. As you may have noticed we have moved from the Drop Zone.

My second pregnancy has turned out to be high risk and I will be receiving care out of state for the health of myself and my son.

We will also be opening a club in Florida this month, which is a once in a lifetime opportunity!!

I will still be in & out of Fort Mitchell and if you are needing your tea/shake fix just shoot me a message! You can become a preferred member, receive discounts, and make everything from your home and I would love to help 😁👏
