Blueberry Muffins Make Mornings Marvelous and your Muffin Mama has you covered this weekend!

We are so excited to be back this Saturday June 10th from 8am-1Pm with the South End Farmers Market in downtown Charlotte!

Along with so many other amazing local vendors we will have a great lineup of Muffins chock full of local fruits and flavors, as well as a selection of Cake Jars, Cake Pops, and Gourmet Rice Krispie Treats.

So stop out and stock up on awesome artisan goodies and enjoy a beautiful day discovering some of what Southend Charlotte has to offer.

I gotta tell yall, I've made a lot of muffins im proud of lately, but this week's batch of Chocolate Chip Muffins at The Flipside Cafe were cooked to perfection and had the softest moist crumb yet. They are some of the best I think I've made and a testament to simple quality ingredients coming together to create something special.

This weeks beauties are balanced with dark and semi sweet Chocolate Chips and topped with a Crunchy Raw Sugar Crust that gives you that extra little hit of sweetness to compliment that flavorful buttery vanilla base.

I test one from each batch for quality control (yah thats why 🤣) and to get a good shot of that Cross Section, and this morning I was like "ohhh dammmnn Chocolate Chip Muffin! Let's Goooo" to which the Muffin was like "......."

It's special but it's still a muffin people.

Get them while they last because staff been eyeing these bad boys lol (I am also one of said staff 😆) or order a batch for your family this weekend from Favi Cakes
