Our Sous Chef Miles did not want to be outdone by Bobby's Mahi special last week; so he came strong with this scrumptious fall dish. A bowl of warm, pillowy gnocchi, ugf mushrooms, garlic and grilled chicken topped with fresh lemon butter and herbs!
We already sold out once this past weekend so you need to make plans to stop in, try this delicious dish, and you decide who wins 😁
Hint: you do!

Likely the last week for Bobby's Reef & Romesco special so consider this last call!
Our blackened, pan seared filet is served with fire-grilled broccolini and a rich romesco sauce.
Its Tuesday and that means Lasagna night! Grab a hearty slice of our Lasagna and a side salad for only $18!

Monday, Jon and Amy mentioned its about time to launch the new fall menu this weekend. I looked at the thermometer, and it says 100 degrees outside.
Welcome to "fall" in the South. 😆
Regardless of the fact that we are all currently melting, the kitchen has been working incredibly hard on some new seasonal dishes, and they are absolutely worth it. We are rolling out rich, comforting fall flavors across the menu, even if you have to blast the AC in your car on the way here.
Creamy mushroom and chicken soup, pumpkin ravioli finished in pistachio browned butter and lying over a bed of squash puree.
Come pretend it is sweater weather with us. Some new fall flavors drop tonight.

Monday nights at Salmeri's mean half-price bottles of w**e on anything under $50.
Listen, that's not a restricted list either. That is practically the entire w**e menu.
It is also the perfect excuse to come in and try the new Reef & Romesco special if you missed it over the weekend. We are pairing a beautiful pan-seared blackened Mahi Mahi with chargrilled broccolini and our house romesco sauce with fresh herbs.
Start the week off right. We have the w**e ready, Jeff is here waiting to pour, and the kitchen is fired up!
See you tonight.

Our sous chef, Bobby is giving Chef Jason a run for his money with this weeks' special!
This is the new Reef & Romesco. It features a beautiful, pan-seared blackened Mahi-Mahi layered over chargrilled broccolini and swimming in a vibrant romesco sauce.

The bosses said the picture speaks for itself. I agree, but I am still going to tell you to drop what you are doing and come order it tonight so my engagement numbers look good and I stay out of trouble. 😎👍
See you at Salmeri's!

Hey friends!
I have a new mission and I need your help!

The Flipside Restaurant Group is running a company-wide summer gift card promo right now. If you purchase a $100 gift card, we will send you a $20 e-gift card straight to your phone or email absolutely free (offer valid in-store only).

Here is the situation: there is a heavy competition among the different restaurants in the group to see who can sell the most of these before the promo ends. I am incredibly competitive, and I absolutely refuse to let Salmeri's lose to our other restaurants.
We only have 10 days left before management quits handing out free money. I need you guys to come in, buy a gift card for your future self, and help us run up the score so we can secure our bragging rights.
While you're at the table securing our victory, reward yourself by ordering our brand new center cut sirloin dinner, or start things off with those crispy farm fresh zucchini medallions we just rolled out.
Help me crush the competition, get your free twenty bucks, and eat some incredible food in the process.
pic for attention 😉
~See you tonight. 😎👍
