Parthenon Pizzeria has a rich 30+ year history in Fort Madison. When the new owners couldn’t make it work, (due to some, not so popular changes)
Parthenon Pizzeria rose from the ashes of that defeat. After a few months of delicious pizza, but poor management, the current owner took over and vowed to serve the community,
a top quality product with consistent hours. So far, 2 1/2 years in, the menu has grown in leaps and bounds. So many new pizzas have been added to the menu as well as Chicken wings (bone-in or boneless) with 9 different sauces. The pizza menu has added some new sauces as well. 14 to be exact! We have added Calzones, Pasta, Sandwiches, Side order items as well as desserts. The long time owners suggested we get rid of the Gyro sandwich... That wasn't happening! We serve authentic Gyro’s with the family’s home made recipe, passed down to us. We make our dough, and at least 11 of the 14 sauces we use. Our vegetables are fresh cut daily, giving you the best tasting pizza you’ve ever had. Stop in, build something amazing, or chose one of our specialty pizzas. And keep an eye on us, we are just getting started. We offer Dine-in, Pick up, and Delivery service. We also deliver out of town (provided we have the drivers to do it, just call to see)
In 2019 & 2020 We were voted number 1 pizza in South East Iowa, in the Hawkeye Readers Poll. We are still adding new menu items and growing. In 2020 we won 31 categories in the Hawkeye Readers Poll. We continue to add items and improve to serve you better. Thanks! Joe
