A NEW CHAPTER BEGINS ✨🙌
After an incredible chapter with VENTANAS, we’re ready to share what comes next.
After the fire that displaced LEFKES from its Englewood Cliffs home, longtime friends and hospitality operators Mr. Duran and Ms. Georgia Dumas began a conversation. What started as an opportunity to help LEFKES find a new home grew into something bigger.
Mr. Duran and Ms. Georgia Dumas are joining forces as partners to bring LEFKES to Fort Lee.
The restaurant will bring together the LEFKES brand, culinary team, and Greek dining experience with the hospitality experience, operational leadership, and creative direction of the Ms. Georgia Dumas and Duran teams.
VENTANAS has been an important part of our story, and we are incredibly proud of what we built. This next move is not about forgetting that chapter. It is about taking everything we learned, the team we built, and the experience we created and carrying it forward into something new.
Ms. Georgia Dumas’ team and the Duran team will work together to lead the restaurant’s day-to-day operations and shape its next chapter.
To prepare for the transformation, VENTANAS will close beginning Monday, September 28
for renovations.
Grand Reopening: Friday, October 9
