SUSHI POP-UP 1 OF HARVEST BREAK!

On September 22nd, I'll be located at the Church Parking Lot in Fort Kent at 12p with my sushi rolls. All rolls will be COOKED and packed on ice. They'll come with all the fixings you ask for on the form and chopsticks are always available.

Just a reminder that we will NOT be at the Fort Kent Sovereign Market this Saturday as we are at Recovery Rocks volunteering for the day. We'd love to see you there after you make your Market Haul- you can find us at Lonesome Pine! We are setting up our Walking Taco Bar & plan to throw in some baked potatoes, for fun.

We will be back at Market on October 3rd!

I gone and did it. Lobster Mac n cheese & missing from the photo are my spicy lobster Cali rolls. Not too shabby of a meal.

I have one plain Mac n cheese available for $10, a lobster Mac n cheese for $18, and 3 regular cali rolls $10/ each.

Comment to claim, we can make pickup arrangements via pm 😉

Call me crazy, but I'm thinkin' about lobster...

Lobster Sliders
Lobster Rangoons... oh that may be our winner.
But I was also thinking about a gluten free lobster penne Alfredo.

On Sunday, with our typical meal prep (Join the group in the comments), we'll have a few lobster specials happening.

Another gadget- our latest obsession is this food sealer. That and our canning jar air remover/ sealing kit.

These heirlooms were grown on my lawn, the sage at my camp, the beets from a local farmer.

We use all things around here…

Tomatoes will get frozen with the beets for later use.

A successful market, a long weekend, and a moment to sit and enjoy a few of my fave things

Shout out to Cantrell Seafood for traveling to pi, the seafood is the best!

Huge shoutout to the other vendors at the market, my goat cheese & sourdough were a great follow up to my lobster 🦞 $8.99 / lb, you can’t go wrong 😉

Wow! We sold out of rolls SO FAST. For those of you waiting for yours, we will only be back to market on October 3rd.

Saturday is Fort Kent Sovereign Market!
I will have:
Rice noodle & Shrimp salad
Sushi Rolls (veggie & cooked rolls only!)
Sushi Bowls
Salmon & Crispy Rice Salad
Beet Buddha Bowls
Bagel snack variety

Next time we'll have a FRESH sprout variety for y'all. Don't worry about p**p sprouts at the store anymore- we have a BUNCH of different kinds growing.
