Dreaming of doing cauldron cakes and smash cake sales with my own creative freedom again…🥹

Maybe should do a random advertisement sale and see who shows up in the small town we moved to.🤞🏻

Sweet, bitter, and strong.☕️🍰

These Tiramisu cheesecake bars are the perfect dessert to end the night! From the sweet and salty cookie crust, filled with hints of cinnamon. An espresso cheesecake layer is poured and baked on the crust (It can be perfected with soaked ladyfingers throughout the cheesecake batter😉). Once the cheesecake layer is cooled, a homemade espresso chocolate ganache is spread atop. The bars are then finished with a whipped mascarpone layer, generously dusted with cocoa powder.
