Howdy Irwin, After 5 amazing years serving here at Fort Irwin, our time has come for us to close this coffee chapter in our lives *end of this month* 🤎

From the days of The Coffeeholic to becoming Sabór De Amor, I want to say thank you for supporting me from day one. This community gave me so much more than a coffee business, you made me feel at home.

Many of you may not know this, but your kindness and support helped carry me through one of the HARDEST seasons of my life. You helped me through severe postpartum depression and difficult medical challenges. What started with Baby Barista by my side eventually grew into a full walk up/sit down coffee shop with an order window for everyone to enjoy. Watching that dream come to life has been one of the greatest blessings ever.

These past 5yrs have taught me so much. While I don’t know what the future hold for us or at our next duty station, I do know that our hearts are full because of the love, encouragement, and friendships we’ve found here.

To those who saw me cry, who watched me work long days/late nights, balancing the coffee shop, school, working at Animal Control, and learning motherhood, all while continuing to show up for me… thank you. Your support never went unnoticed, and I truly couldn’t have done any of this without you.

Leaving this little community is one of the hardest goodbyes, and I will miss each of you more than words can express. I hope our paths cross again someday.

For now, though, this will be our final month serving you as Sabór De Amor, your small local coffee shop on Langford lake!

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for believing in me, supporting my dream, and becoming part of our family’s story.🤎
