In Brazil, brigadeiro is more than a sweet.
It’s part of the celebration.
It’s the little chocolate bite you reach for at a child’s birthday party. The one sitting beautifully on a wedding dessert table. The one you sneak from the tray before the guests arrive.
It’s soft, silky, intensely chocolatey — and wonderfully indulgent.
For me, introducing brigadeiro here in the North Country feels like sharing a little piece of home.
