The Cubano Sandwich. It’s here and we have zero regrets. 😉🤘

introducing our Cubano — slow roasted pork, ham, swiss, pickles, citrus-pickled red onion, pressed on a golden toasted roll. served with sweet fried plantains on the side.

this is Our Latin Soul on one plate.

it’s new. it’s beautiful. and it won’t be a secret for long. 👀

come find us before everyone else does.

Hi Community we Chef’s Juli and Juan here, for those who don’t know us, and we cook together every single week at Persimmon in Fort Collins. 🧡

she brings Colombia to the plate. I bring Baja, and together a whole lot of fusion… so, somewhere in the middle we found a menu that feels like nothing else in Northern Colorado.

American.mediterranean. latin. middle eastern. all of it made from scratch. all of it made with love.

we’ve been doing this for over a decade — but this chapter at Persimmon feels like the one we were building toward all along.

more food. more stories. more of us. keep following — we’re just getting started. 👀

and hey — if you’ve eaten with us, you know what this is about. help us share it. we’re want to be nominated for Best of NoCo as Chefs and your vote means the world to us. 🙏 link in bio.

come find us Wed - Sat at 251 Jefferson St, Fort Collins.

This is what our life looks like between services.

Bees. Pets. Fire on the stove. Hands in dough. Quiet mornings and loud kitchens.

Juli and I didn’t set out to build something — we just kept saying yes to the things that made us feel alive. Food. Nature. Each other. Community.

Somewhere in all of that, a life happened.

We’re going to start sharing more of it. The cooking, the chaos, the honey, the fur babies, all of it.

Because we believe the world gets better when people live it fully — and share it honestly.

More soon. 🌿🍯

FoCo MX requires serious fuel. Enter: The ultimate Steak Sandwich. 🎸🔥
We aren’t messing around with your lunch plans today. We’re taking tender, ancho-chipotle rubbed brisket, braising it in a rich vegetable broth, and piling it high with sweet caramelized onions, melted provolone, and our signature remoulade sauce. Oh, and it’s served with a side of au jus for that mandatory dip, plus gherkins for the perfect crisp crunch.
This is the kind of culinary funk and flavor you can only find at the Juli y Juan’s Kitchen residency inside Persimmon. Skip the basic food lines, upgrade your festival lunch, and come find your spark before the next set. ✨
