When we signed our lease in February 2016 the race to open was on, and we sold our first plate of hot chicken April 12. In a lot of ways that excitement and pace has sustained 10 years! Run like you're being chased by a giant toy dinosaur or CGI lizard to grab our April Special 🔥🦖 Y'all love the Kimchi Sandwich SO MUCH we've been recreating it once per year since 2017, and we won't stop until we outnumber Godzilla remakes... or at least Fast & the Furious installments.

All locations are serving:
Kimchi Sandwich: house-fermented kimchi with thunder sauce* and your choice of chicken or tempeh on a brioche bun.

Tempura Cauliflower: breaded cauliflower florets with a drizzle of thunder sauce* and sushi sauce.
