MCHC Pride celebration to remember! Thanks to the hundreds of people who showed up -- rain AND shine. With your help, we fundraised $2600 for Fort Collins Pride! These funds will ensure their advocacy work continues year round and will support the Fort Collins Pride celebration in June 2027!

Our Friends have delivered the goods! A Party is only as fun as the friends you invite, and they really showed up and showed out for our sweepstakes!

This is just a taste (for real, we've got tons of goodies) of what we're giving out on Saturday at Pride Party benefiting FoCo Pride 🌈 In between each band that plays outdoors we'll be dishing out these and other swag from local sponsors who want YOU to donate! Anyone on social media knows that this dude captions his content in a ramble that is impossible to imitate, so we are going to stick to what it is: a collaboration—his sausage, with some MCHC heat, dipped in a sweet corn batter, for your mouth. Help us welcome a new member to our Seasonal Snack menu, Spinach Artichoke Dip!

Although large scale polling has not measured its popularity, we think we can all agree, Spinach Artichoke Dip is one of the best and most beloved appetizers available.

We serve ours cold with hot and fresh pita chips. And it's delicious. Very.
