Our Limited Edition Pina Colada Ice Cream tastes like a walk on the beach, all thanks to the hard work of Edison’s Creamery crew. 👩‍🍳 Golden pineapple chunks simmer into homemade jam, which is then swirled into a refreshing coconut cream and pina colada flavored base. 🍍🥥

If these walls could talk...

When we first began construction on the Salzman building back in February, we knew opening a new location in Greeley by this summer would be quite the undertaking. But we had a vision, an incredible team, and trust in the process. ✨🛠️🚧

Four months later, a complete 180-degree transformation has turned the bare bones of this historic building into Edison’s Ice Cream. Come see the transformation for yourself at 911 8th Avenue in Greeley!

Summer is served. 🍨 NEW Limited Edition Flavors are here!

🔥Campfire S’mores: Toasty pan-roasted marshmallows melt into our sweet cream base. Each bite is folded with handmade chocolate-dipped graham crackers and soft mini marshmallows for a nostalgic fireside treat.

🍍Pina Colada: Vibrant bursts of pineapple jam swirl into a coconutty, pina colada flavored base. It’s like a tropical sip in every scoop.

🍓Strawberry Topping: Our signature strawberry jam, now available as a drizzle topping for scoops. Complement your favorite flavor with a sweet burst of strawberry. (Available in-store only to top scoops.)

Limited Edition Flavors are offered in samples, scoops, flights, and pints. Visit our ice cream parlor in Old Town Fort Collins or Downtown Greeley to get a sweet taste of summer. 🍦☀️ Order to-go pints for pickup via our online order site. 🏃
