Well, this is a hard one to write 😢
After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to take the next step in my career, which means Jersey Cowboy is going to look a little different moving forward.
Our last night serving burgers will be September 15th at the Food Truck Rally.
After that, we’ll be taking the trailer back to where it all started for us and serving breakfast at the Larimer County Farmers Market every Saturday through October 24th. October 24th will be the final day for us.
Jersey Cowboy has been so much more than a food truck to me. It’s been a crazy, beautiful, exhausting, hilarious, incredibly stressful, and, at the same time, incredibly rewarding ride.
None of this would have happened without y’all.
Every person who stood in line. Every person who brought a friend. Every person who told somebody about us. Every person who bought a Mission Statement Burger, donated to our community bucket, came back week after week, or simply told us they loved what we were doing.
Thank you. Seriously.
I’m incredibly proud of what we built together, and I’m even more grateful that so many of you chose to be part of it. We’re not saying goodbye just yet, you’ve got a few more chances to grab a Jersey Burger, some rippers, a breakfast sandwich, and hopefully give us one hell of a sendoff.
FINAL DATES: our last days to get a smash burger are Friday 9/4 at Timnath Beerwerks Fort Collins from (4-7:30pm), Wednesday 9/9 at Maxline from (4-8pm),
Friday 9/11 at Timnath Beerwerks Fort Collins from (4-7:30pm), and finally Tuesday 9/15 at the last FoCo Food Truck Rally from (5-8:30pm).
The last days to get a breakfast sandwich will be every Saturday until 10/24 at the Larimer County Farmers Market from (9am-1pm)
Come hang with us while we finish out this year. Please don’t be emotional because I’m holding back tears just writing this.
